All proceeds earned from various ads scattered throughout, work to help me keep the site going, to cover costs, so folks can continue to find the help they are looking for. Much appreciative!

How The H Pal Program Works! This program is mentoring tool for people that need one on one support. If you are newly diagnosed with herpes or hpv and feel as though you don't have anyone to talk to, write to one of the H Pal's. The H Pal Program is strictly a mentoring tool. It’s a labor of love from people who wish to help others by sharing opinions and personal experiences. Corresponding with an H Pal is Not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Reliance on any information provided by Yoshi2me, H Pals or other visitors to the site is solely at your own risk. Please read the site terms.

Now you can contact our H Pals through our feedback page. Make sure when you write to the H Pals you indicate on your note who it's directed to. You may use first names only OR you can indicate which state or country you are writing about and we'll get you in touch with the proper people. If you need to speak with somebody on the telephone then you'll need to call the national herpes hotline because we don't do local or long distance telephone support.

If you would like to be an H Pal send me your story, a little bit about why you want to help out along with the area that you would like to represent. Not to worry if you already see that your state OR country is represented because we could still use your help. Please consider sending a family friendly photograph so we can include that with your page. It's not mandatory to have a photo but it is a great way to sent an example for those that feel ashamed of what has happened to them.

If you don't want to wait for an H Pal to write you back, that's ok! We want to encourage you to use one of our message boards. We have those here and here. Be sure you pick an alias that your family and friends are not aware of and please use an e-mail address other than the one you might use at work.

Quotes I have found along with ones people have sent me over the years

We are each of us Angels with only one wing, and we can only fly embracing one another - Crescenzo

Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said that it'd be easy, they just promised it would be worth it. - Author Unknown
