3.) I've had very good results with monolaurin. I have herpes simplex and it has affected my mobility in my neck even when I wasn't having an outbreak. I also struggle with Candida overgrowth. I already take a product called "nature's biotic" which helps considerably and decreased my outbreaks as well, but when I added monolaurin I had major life improvement. Warning, start slowly, this is a long term process and there is a "die off" effect. You might have a small outbreak, but it clears up quickly. I had great improvement in three weeks. Amazingly I regained full mobility of my neck and also had a frozen shoulder from an injury last year and  have made remarkable progress in gaining mobility again. I'm able to get back to being more physically active and working out again. - L

4.) I am just writing to let you know that monolaurin does work. I have tried all the drugs that drs. give you, valtrex, etc. and monolaurin works much better. Also less expensive. I use lauricidin ordered from their web site. I have also used their regular monolaurin from the health food stores and it also works. just thought I'd give my 2cents worth. - D
